Sponsors are required to supply and submit their logo no later than
six weeks out from the show date. This is a requirement by the

PLEASE NOTE DUE TO COVID-19 LIVESTREAMING MAY POSSIBILY BE CANCELLED UNLESS
WE HAVE ENOUGH ENTRY NUMBERS TO WARRANT THE EXPENSIVE. IN THE EVENT WE CANCEL THE LIVESTREAMING THE SHOW COMMITTEE WILL REPLACE THIS ASPECT WITH ADDITIONAL ADULT ENTRY TICKETS TO THE MARQUEE AND AFTER PARTY!

Sponsors are required to supply their banner before or at time of arena set-up. Banners are not to exceed 1.2 meters in height or over 2 meter in length..
- 2 x ADULT ENTRY.
Unlimited access to the ringside show tent/marquee during both competition days, light grazing and drinks will be supplied.
